    • Must cancel within 24 hours before service, if a client cancels the day of service they will be charged $25.00 dollars. 

  • How much does a house cleaning service cost?

    • Every house is unique, and every house cleaning fee is individually based.

  • Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

    • This is your option. We will clean at any time.

  • What if I need to reschedule a house/office cleaning?

    • Simply call or text us 24 hours prior to your cleaning day.

  • What should I do with my pet during the house cleaning?

    • Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know.

  • Are my valuables safe with Top of the Line Cleaning Solutions?

    • If you have any special valuables, heirlooms, or irreplaceable items, please put them away or instruct us not to touch them. We carry all the necessary insurance
